Unauthenticated SQL injection via range2 query parameter
Published Jul 29, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in Quicklancer 2.4 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary database queries through the range2 parameter on /listing. The /listing handler incorporates range2 into a MySQL WHERE or HAVING expression without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling boolean- and time-based blind injection. No authentication or user interaction is required; demonstrated queries retrieve database-account information, while broader impact depends on that account's privileges.
