Authenticated code execution via unchecked FileName copy

Buffer overflow in TOTOLINK A3600R 4.1.2cu.5182_B20201102 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The setUpgradeFW handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi copies the attacker-controlled FileName value into a fixed-size buffer without validating its length. Access to the router management interface is required; an overlong value can corrupt memory, execute code, or crash the service.
