Authenticated command execution via unsanitized diagnosis input

OS command injection in TOTOLINK A3600R 4.1.2cu.5182_B20201102 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The setDiagnosisCfg handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi passes the POST-supplied ipDoamin value to CsteSystem without neutralizing shell metacharacters. A valid session is required, and injected commands run with the privileges of the router's CGI service, allowing reads, writes, or service interruption.
