Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized id parameter

SQL injection in SourceCodester School Fees Payment System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries via the id parameter. The manage_course.php handler uses attacker-controlled id input in a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax. A valid application account is required; successful exploitation changes the intended query and can expose or modify application data.
