Authenticated SQL injection via crafted ef_id parameter
Published Jul 28, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester School Fees Payment System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries through ef_id. The receipt.php endpoint incorporates the ef_id request value into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, so crafted input changes the executed statement. A valid application account is required; successful exploitation can read or modify data available to the application's database account.
