Command injection in TOTOLINK A3100R 4.1.2cu.5050_B20200504 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via HTTP POST. The setTelnetCfg function in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi incorporates the telnet_enabled value into an operating-system command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Authenticated management access is required; successful exploitation runs commands in the router firmware context and can alter data or interrupt service.
