Device crash via oversized L2CAP packet

Out-of-bounds write in Silicon Labs RS9116W WiSeConnect 2.10.4 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to crash the device. The L2CAP receive path accepts a packet larger than its restricted receive buffer, writing beyond the buffer when the packet remains within the protocol's supported maximum. No authentication or user interaction is required within Bluetooth range, and the resulting crash leaves the device unavailable until a hard reset.
