Browser script execution via unneutralized search filter
Published Nov 14, 2024 · Updated Nov 14, 2024
Reflected XSS in DInGO dLibra 6.0 through 6.3.19 allows remote attackers to run scripts in a user's browser via a crafted URL. The indexsearch endpoint returns the filter query parameter in generated HTML without neutralizing script-capable input. Exploitation requires an unauthenticated remote attacker to induce a user to open the crafted URL, after which the payload runs in that user's browser context.
