Pipeline command execution via SAST prompt injection

Command injection in GitLab EE allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands in a victim's CI pipeline through prompt injection. ResolveVulnerabilityAnthropic inserts attacker-controlled SAST filename, code, title, and identifier fields into the LLM prompt without isolating them as untrusted content. Exploitation requires low-privileged project access, a crafted SAST report, and a victim to invoke Resolve Vulnerability; the generated merge request then runs the injected commands in CI.
