Resource disclosure via unauthenticated Helm chart verification

Missing authentication in OpenShift Console 4.16 allows remote attackers to query arbitrary URLs through the Helm verification endpoint. The authHandlerWithUser middleware passes requests to /api/helm/verify without validating credentials before the verifier fetches a remote or local chart URI. A crafted chart exposes Kubernetes resources available to the console service account, while any authenticated account can make the web console fail to load for all users.
