Remote code execution via unrestricted SOAP file upload

Arbitrary file upload in WSO2 SOAP admin services allows remote authenticated users to execute code on affected servers. SynapseArtifactUploaderAdmin.uploadArtifacts accepts non-XML files and caller-selected paths instead of restricting uploads to the extensions directory. Administrative privileges are required, and a crafted uploaded payload can execute with the server process's permissions.
