Authenticated object injection via laraCart cookie
Published Jul 24, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Deserialization in Ecommerce-Laravel-Bootstrap allows remote authenticated users to instantiate PHP objects via a crafted laraCart cookie. Cart::getCartProductsIds() passes the client-controlled cookie directly to PHP unserialize() without restricting allowed classes. A valid low-privilege session is required, and public evidence does not establish a usable gadget chain for code execution.
