Sandbox escape via uncleared i32 register high word

Inappropriate implementation in V8 in Google Chrome before 126.0.6478.54 allows remote attackers to escape the sandbox via crafted HTML. V8's WebAssembly Liftoff compiler fails to clear the high word of i32 register parameters, allowing a corrupted sandbox to pass i64 values into i32 callees. Exploitation requires crafted-page rendering and prior in-sandbox corruption; the escape crosses V8's memory-isolation boundary.
