Database disclosure via unsanitized to parameter

SQL injection in SourceCodester Clinics Patient Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data. The print_patients_visits.php handler places the attacker-controlled to date parameter directly into an SQL statement without validation or parameter binding. Valid application credentials are required, and successful exploitation exposes sensitive records held in the server database.
