Authenticated arbitrary file write via import handler

Code injection in Prain 1.0 through 1.3 allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files through the HTTP import handler. The /?import POST handler accepts an attacker-controlled file argument that the disclosed proof of concept uses for arbitrary file writes. A valid low-privilege session is required, and a successful write can place executable content within the application's filesystem permissions.
