Unrestricted file upload in Wuhu at commit 3faad49bfcc3895e9ff76a591d05c8941273d120 allows remote authenticated users to place arbitrary files. The slideeditor.php handler accepts the newSlideFile input without restricting dangerous file types. Slide Editor access is required, and successful exploitation writes attacker-chosen content to the server.
