Authenticated arbitrary file read via unsafe deserialization

Deserialization in CRMEB 5.0 through 5.4 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files through get_image_base64 input. The PublicController.php path deserializes the attacker-controlled file argument without first restricting the referenced resource to permitted image extensions. Access requires low-privileged authentication, and successful exploitation discloses file contents reachable by the PHP service account.
