Reflected XSS via unfiltered callback concatenation

Cross-site scripting in Xinhu RockOA 2.6.3 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via a crafted callback parameter. The okla logic in /webmain/public/upload/tpl_upload.html concatenates callback directly into a script block without filtering, allowing crafted input to escape the surrounding JavaScript structure. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted URL; the injected script then runs in the victim's RockOA origin and can read or alter browser-accessible data.
