CVE-2024-6937Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Server-local file disclosure via unrestricted cURL scheme

Published Jul 21, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024

SSRF in Form Tools 3.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to read server-local files through the Import Option List feature. The smart_fill action accepts attacker-controlled scrape_method and url values, selects cURL, and passes a file:// URL to curl_exec without restricting the scheme. Administrator access is required, and successful exploitation discloses files readable by the web-server process without modifying application data.
