Stored cross-site scripting in Form Tools 3.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through the User Settings page. Public records do not identify the affected settings field or the missing validation or output-encoding operation. Administrative access is required to create the user and store the payload, which executes in that user's browser after sign-in.
