Stored cross-site scripting in Form Tools 3.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrative browser session. The direct-submission add-form workflow stores the Form URL field without neutralizing script markup and renders the saved value after the page reloads. Administrative access is required to store the payload, and the demonstrated consequence is browser-side script execution after reload.
