Unauthenticated SQL injection via interpolated username

SQL injection in SourceCodester Record Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to query the database through the UserName login field. index.php inserts the posted UserName value directly between quotes in a mysqli_query login statement without parameterization or escaping. The public proof requires no authenticated session and demonstrates boolean-based, error-based, and time-based query control against MySQL.
