Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG uploads

Stored XSS in AMP for WP 1.0.96.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through uploaded SVG files. The SVG upload path in templates/features.php accepts insufficiently sanitized SVG content and later serves it without adequate output escaping. Author-level access is required to plant the payload; script execution occurs when a visitor opens the SVG, enabling actions or data access within the page context.
