Stored XSS via unsanitized 3gp2 file upload

Stored XSS in dFactory Responsive Lightbox & Gallery 2.4.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via file uploads. The rl_upload_image AJAX endpoint accepts a crafted 3gp2 upload without sufficient input sanitization, and later output handling fails to escape its script content. Author-level access is required, and the payload executes in another user's browser only when the uploaded 3gp2 file is accessed, exposing that user's site session to script actions.
