Arbitrary file encryption via exposed EncryptionTool endpoint

Exposed EncryptionTool endpoint in H2O.ai H2O-3 3.46.0 allows remote attackers to encrypt arbitrary server files with chosen keys. EncryptionTool.main accepts caller-supplied keystore, cipher, input, and output paths, then opens the output and copies encrypted input bytes into it without restricting either path. The REST interface is open by default; no privileges or user interaction are required, and replacing the chosen key can make encrypted data unrecoverable.
