Published Apr 9, 2025 · Updated Apr 9, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in WP MultiTasking – WP Utilities 0 through 0.1.12 allows remote attackers to alter script settings. The wpmt_headerfooterscripts admin endpoint accepts POSTed header, body, and footer values without verifying a CSRF nonce. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open attacker-controlled HTML, after which supplied content is stored in the site's script fields.
