Authenticated SYSTEM code execution via getSortString SQL injection

SQL injection in NETGEAR NMS300 before 1.7.0.37 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges. The getSortString method inserts a user-supplied string into SQL queries without proper validation, allowing crafted input to alter database commands. Access to an authenticated web session is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code with SYSTEM privileges on the Windows host.
