Out-of-bounds write in the WSQ parser in IrfanView 4.66 64bit allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted WSQ file. The parser fails to validate user-supplied WSQ data before writing it past the end of an allocated buffer. Exploitation requires a target to visit a malicious page or open a malicious file, and resulting code runs in the current process context.
