Unauthenticated account access via firmware password reset

Use of default credentials in Phoenix Contact CHARX SEC-3xxx firmware before 1.6.3 allows remote attackers to reset the user-app password. The LAN firmware-update feature restores the predefined, low-privileged user-app account to its documented default password when an upgrade runs. Unauthenticated LAN access is sufficient, and the resulting known credential grants only the limited rights assigned to user-app.
