TOCTOU in Moxa MXview One Series 1.4.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files through MQTT messages. The MQTT file-handling path separates its destination check from the later write, allowing a race to replace the checked file before use. Valid service credentials and precise race timing are required; successful exploitation overwrites files and enables malicious code execution.
