System reboot via malformed BLF owner-page value

Denial of service in Microsoft Windows CLFS.sys allows local users to reboot affected systems by opening a crafted BLF file. CLFS copies an unvalidated lsnOwnerPage value from the BLF client context, derives an invalid offset, and later loops in CClfsLogFcbPhysical::FlushLog until KeBugCheckEx forces a bugcheck. Low-privileged local access is sufficient, and repeated triggering interrupts the entire host rather than only the calling process.
