Uncontrolled resource consumption in Eclipse Jetty allows remote attackers to exhaust server memory through unauthenticated requests. PushSessionCacheFilter creates a session for every request and records requested URIs in per-session and global maps without size limits. Exploitation requires the filter to be enabled; repeated unauthenticated requests retain session state until memory pressure interrupts the server.
