File redirection via unsanitized NFS entry names

Path traversal in the FreeBSD NFS client allows remote attackers to redirect file operations through crafted remote names. The kernel returns slash-containing names supplied by an NFS server through readdir(3) and related interfaces without rejecting embedded path components. Exploitation requires a client to mount an attacker-controlled NFS export and a program to act on those entries, enabling reads outside a source directory or writes outside a destination directory.
