Published Sep 4, 2024 · Updated Sep 4, 2024
Stored XSS in Mansur Ahamed Chatbot Support AI 1.0.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a crafted setting. The Starting Message field accepts an HTML event-handler payload, stores it without sanitization, and renders it in the homepage chatbot without output escaping. Administrator access is required to save the payload, and execution occurs when another user visits a page containing the chatbot, even where unfiltered_html is disabled.
