Arbitrary file write via unsanitized upload path

Path traversal in Open WebUI 0.1.105 allows remote authenticated users to write files outside the intended upload directory. The /rag/api/v1/doc route joins the multipart filename to UPLOAD_DIR without validation, then writes the supplied bytes to that path. Any signed-in user can overwrite files writable by the service account, enabling configuration changes or code execution when a sensitive target is chosen.
