Developer-level script execution via crafted case type
Published Sep 12, 2024 · Updated Sep 12, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Pega Infinity 8.1 through 24.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through a case type. Pega identifies the case-type field as the locus but has not published how its output handling fails to neutralize attacker-controlled content. Developer access is required; successful injection executes script in the trusted application context and can expose displayed data or alter rendered content.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
