SMTP credential disclosure via populated settings field

Information exposure in WP Mail SMTP 4.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read the configured SMTP password. The settings renderer in src/Providers/OptionsAbstract.php places the stored SMTP password into the password input value when the settings page opens. WordPress administrator-level access is required, and the consequence is limited to disclosure of the supplied server's SMTP credential.
