Subscriber-level stylesheet modification via unchecked AJAX action

Missing authorization in Soflyy Oxygen Builder 4.8.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to update site stylesheets. The oxy_save_css_from_admin AJAX action saves stylesheet changes without checking whether the requesting account has the required capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, allowing low-privileged accounts to alter a WordPress site's presentation and stylesheet-backed content.
