Code execution via untrusted BinaryElements deserialization

Deserialization in National Instruments VeriStand 2024 Q2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted NIVSPRJ file. The NIVSPRJ parser processes the BinaryElements element without properly validating user-supplied data before deserialization. Exploitation requires convincing a user to open the file and executes code in that user's context.
