Data theft and unauthorized actions via CORS
Published Oct 29, 2024 · Updated Oct 29, 2024
CORS misconfiguration in ParisNeo LoLLMs WebUI before 10 allows attackers to read sensitive data and perform actions through a victim's browser. The WebUI accepts cross-origin browser requests from untrusted origins, exposing API responses and state-changing endpoints without validating the requesting origin. A victim must visit attacker-controlled content while the unauthenticated WebUI is reachable; exposed logs, sessions, API keys, projects, and messages are at risk.
