Authenticated remote code execution via unrestricted AviatorScript evaluation
Published Jul 10, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
AviatorScript injection in WuKongOpenSource Wukong No-code Platform 20230807 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. ExpressionUtil passes user-supplied formulas directly to AviatorEvaluator without security policies, allowing scripts to invoke static methods and define attacker-controlled classes. Exploitation requires access to create a no-code module and formula, then trigger evaluation by adding a record; successful execution runs commands with the server process privileges.
