Memory corruption in NSS in Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird before 128 allows remote attackers to corrupt process memory via crafted content. After calloc or malloc fails to allocate an elliptic-curve key, PORT_FreeArena_Util invokes PL_ClearArenaPool on memory that was never allocated. Exploitation requires user interaction and a near-out-of-memory state; observed behavior includes an AddressSanitizer-detected global buffer overflow.
