Incorrect authorization in WatchGuard SSO Agent 12.0 through 12.10.2 allows remote attackers to execute management commands over TCP port 4114. The agent derives an accepted Base64 token by XORing its connection-banner timestamp with a fixed repeated byte, allowing a crafted command to bypass login. Network access to the port is required; exploitation exposes authenticated usernames and group memberships or permits agent configuration changes, but not credential access.
