Administrator SSRF via arbitrary image-proxy URLs
Published May 15, 2025 · Updated May 17, 2025
Server-side request forgery in WooCommerce Jetpack Boost before 3.4.7 allows remote authenticated users to request arbitrary URLs. The wp_ajax_boost_proxy_ig action accepts a proxy_url value and makes a server-side GET request without restricting its destination. Administrator access, an Image Guide proxy nonce, and the enabled Image Guide feature are required; requests can reach internal services.
