Stored script execution via unsafe log rendering
Published Jul 29, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Stored XSS in Aim 3.19.3 allows remote attackers to execute scripts in a viewer's browser through crafted run terminal logs. The runs logs tab passes terminal output to React's dangerouslySetInnerHTML without neutralizing attacker-controlled markup. Execution requires a user to open the affected logs tab, and the script runs in that browser session's security context.
