Path disclosure via exposed wpdesk test files
Published Jul 16, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Full path disclosure in Codeat Glossary 2.2.26 and earlier allows remote attackers to read the web application's filesystem path. Bundled wpdesk dependency test files remain directly web-accessible and enable PHP display_errors, exposing absolute paths when requested. No authentication is required, but the disclosed path has no standalone impact and only assists a separate attack against the site.
