Internal service access via unrestricted console proxy

SSRF in OpenShift Console before 6.0.6 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP responses through its proxy. The /api/dev-console/proxy/internet endpoint accepts a fully controlled URL without restricting requests to internet destinations and returns the complete response. Any authenticated console user can make the console pod reach otherwise unexposed cluster services and disclose their HTTP response data.
