Stored XSS via unsanitized OAuth application name

Stored cross-site scripting in GitLab allows remote authenticated users to execute script when another user views an OAuth authorization page. The /oauth/authorize view renders the stored OAuth application name as HTML without sanitization. The attack requires application-creation access, a victim who opens its authorization URL, and a deployment where CSP does not block the payload; script runs in the victim's browser context.
