Guest-to-host escape via self-ejecting SCSI adapter

Use-after-free in QEMU's LSI53C895A SCSI emulation allows guest OS users with high privileges to crash QEMU or execute code on the host. During SCSI Script execution, guest-controlled ACPI MMIO can hot-unplug the adapter, but lsi_execute_script continues using its freed LSIState. High-privileged code in a guest configured with this uncommon virtual adapter is required, and exploitation can terminate the VM or escape to the host.
