Stored XSS in Fluent Forms 5.1.19 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through checkbox input fields. Checkbox field values are stored and later rendered without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping. Administrator privileges are required, and exposure is limited to WordPress multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled.
